First time at Dempsey’s? Here’s how it goes.

Drop-off, or wait if you like. Most repairs happen while you’re elsewhere — we’ll text or call when your car’s ready. If you’d rather wait, the seating area’s right inside with coffee.

Comprehensive digital inspection. Every visit starts here. Our technician walks your vehicle with a tablet — brakes, fluids, belts, tires, lights, suspension, everything that drives safety and reliability. Photos and notes go straight to your phone.

An estimate before any work begins. Once we know what your car actually needs, you get a clear digital quote in plain English — line-by-line, with the urgent items called out and the optional ones flagged. No work happens until you approve it.

You decide on your own time. Review at the counter, in the parking lot, or at home. Ask questions. Take a day to think. We won’t pressure you, and the inspection isn’t a sales pitch — it’s information.

Easy parking, easy entry. Pull right into the front lot off Mill Park Court. The shop entrance is straight ahead. Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you have a preferred time, scheduling ahead is the fastest path through the door.
